We at Cardale are confident in the quality of our doors, spare parts and accessories, which is why we offer a minimum 1-year warranty on all of our products. Our garage doors are manufactured to the highest standard and fully comply with all the required regulations and safety standards.
It is because of this confidence in our products as well as our commitment to long-term customer care that we’re happy to offer long-term guarantees to our clients.

Our Warranty

We provide a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers the safe and reliable operation of your garage door. This warranty is conditional on the regular inspection and maintenance of your garage door, which you can find in the installation manual supplied with the product. For the duration of the warranty period, our team will undertake repairs of your garage door without charge if it has failed to operate correctly, having been inspected thoroughly and maintained correctly.

All Cardale garage doors offer a 10-year warranty against the integrity of the door panel, as well as two years on rollers and springs for normal use, up to 25 open and close cycles a day. All retractable garage doors offer a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee on material and manufacturing faults of all immovable frame parts if it can be proved that they are inoperative or their use is impaired.

How to Make a Claim

If you do find yourself in a situation where it becomes necessary to make a warranty claim, then your first point of call should be the dealer that supplier the door. In order for your claim to be processed quickly and without delay, you must ensure that you provide the following information as soon as possible:

  • Your name, address, and contact telephone number
  • The original invoice and date of purchase
  • A description of the door, the door type, and the product number
  • A description of the reason for the claim

If your claim is valid, then your dealer will then supply details of your claim, together with a copy of the warranty card supplied with the door and proof of purchase, to the warranty department at Cardale. An assessment of the claim will then be made, which may mean that our team will request an inspection of your door at your premises.

What is Not Eligible?

In the event that there is no legitimate claim under the terms of the warranty, you may be liable for the costs of any visit we need to make. It is essential that you take note of the care and usage instructions provided with your door, and you follow these instructions throughout the lifetime of your door.

It is important to note that the warrant that we offer does not cover the following:
